Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4 business days. 

Shipments will be sent out mon-fri excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship most items to APO/FPO/DPO destinations APO/FPO/DPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office) addresses are used for U.S. military/government personnel stationed overseas.

• These items will be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5-10 business days from the ship date.
• The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO/DPO destination.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a tracking number after your purchase is complete and your item has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

TheBlackFlameCandle.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

TheBlackFlameCandle.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
